You acknowledge that Takeoff Crowdfunding shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site.
Furthermore, Takeoff Crowdfunding retains the right to revise these Terms or introduce new terms and conditions for accessing or using the Site, Content, or any other matter. Any modifications to the Terms become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your agreement to such changes. No modification to these Terms is valid or enforceable against Takeoff Crowdfunding without explicit agreement in writing by a duly authorized officer.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective as long as you access and use the Site. Takeoff Crowdfunding may terminate these Terms or cease Site operation at any time and for any reason without notice, in its sole discretion. If terminated, you lose authorization to access or use the Site or any Content.
